Kantar was the main sponsor of Medallia's Experience 2019 Conference. The sponsorship included a room to use and co-branding opportunities throughout the evening party.
We used the space as a ‘recharge’ room - offering a moment of pause for our clients, as the Medallia Experience is known for being a high energy event. In our room, clients could get some work done, have a snack, or meet with client leaders. Featured in the space was a basket of items that are typically forgotten, charging stations, comfortable seating, and of course, food.
The space was designed to activate our CX+ Report through an interactive jenga game and branded table tops. Insights and data points were pulled from the report, creating a moment for visitors to interact with our thought leadership in a tangible way. Copies of the report were available for leisurely reading.
Light up the Night Party
As the lead sponsor, Kantar offered creative contributions for the main event: Light up the Night party. We concepted the entrance, branded the paper goods, and had a VIP space complete with donuts. Our clients were invited to use our space, again, as a respite from the high energy activities.
The entrance was inspired by geometric light tunnel structures. It was a visually provoking form, nodding towards the Medallia logo's diamond.
